We can modify the activities of the brain and allow different parts to take on activities that it normally doesn’t do. For example, if someone suffers a Stroke and cannot walk properly or use an arm properly, the brain can be trained to take over the actions by using different parts of the brain. By making a person crawl, just like a baby, the brain can develop other parts to take control of these movements. The brain is now recognised to have Plasticity. Using the natural ability of the brain, hypnosis is able to make incredible actions. We all daydream, creating in our minds various scenarios. We all think of things when showering. We drive somewhere familiar and many times arrive at the destination and realise they couldn’t remember driving there. This is self-hypnosis. By harnessing this natural ability, we can enhance concentration and focus easily. The brain only uses a maximum of about 10% capacity at any one time. The brain loves to have instructions. It is relatively easy to give the brain new instructions to over-ride Sabotage programs.
