Frequently asked questions

Question 1
How long does each treatment take?

- Journey treatments sessions range from 2 to 4 hours, but usually 2 or 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the situation of the client and the number of blockages or resistance to change encountered.
- Transormational kinesiology can range from 1 to 2 hours but sometimes the client elects to continue for another hour when they see where the session is heading and don't want to lose continuity.
- Hypnotherapy sessions are usually for one hour.
- Neurolinguistic Programming sessions can range from 1 to 2 hours, again sometimes the person elects to continue for another hour for continuity.
- An alchymeic session can range from half-hour to one hour, and again sometimes for 2 hours if the person chooses.
- Clairvoyant/tarot/palmistry sessions are 1 hour usually, but sometimes there is a request for an extension.

Question 2
How many treatments will I need?

As each client has different levels of treatment needs, some may require only 1 treatment but some clients need more sessions. The client does not need to go over any particular problem again, but may uncover deeper underlying issues, particular core issues. This would then require a few sessions, but always keeping in mind that the client only deals with what he/she can cope with at any given time. Through enlightenment, the client is aware that there may be other issues that need to be dealt with some other time, and contacts me again when the need arises.

Question 3
How will I be able to deal with negative issues?

The negative issues that are arising for anyone are the driving force for change. They need not be feared; rather they show an opportunity to heal. The Journey™ process for instance, is dealt with under guidance of a spiritual mentor (chosen by the client) and the client feels safe in the environment of Unconditional Love, a space created in each Journey session. With the other therapy processes offered, each has a common element of identifying the problem, clarifying the core i

Question 4
Is there anything that will prevent me from getting better?

Some people are hooked on "failure" and are reluctant to look at the underlying painful issues, which caused them to take drugs, engage in heavy drinking of alcohol, smoking, overeating, bulimia and anorexia.
The client has choices. Some beliefs are false. Although they give away their power to the above debilitating forces, they feel that if they give power to the facilitator, they may not be in control. This is not a correct belief, as there is no power “given away” in the session. As a therapist, I spend time discovering their negative belief systems and I discuss this with the client and we consciously interpret the basis for their incorrect belief structure.

I have found Neurolinquistic Programming, Transformational Kinesiology, Alchymy and The Journey™ therapy to bring about profound changes in clients. However, the need to be “unwell”, on a deep unconscious level, may be stronger than the need to get “well”.

Question 5
Will I be told anything bad?

I explain to the client that I do not focus on telling "bad" things to clients. My focus is on “empowerment". If negative situations could arise, I am able to show the client how to change, through visualisation techniques, metaphysical principles, or introduce the concept of having treatment to bring about position outcomes.

Question 6
If I have a problem that I’ve had for many years, will it take a long time to release?

Some people have been able to resolve life long problems in even one session, but sometimes they find that there are a number of contributing factors and need a few sessions. "How long is a piece of string?" It varies according to the individual.

Question 7
Will this treatment last?

Some of my friends have also been clients that I have been fortunate enough to observe over a period of years, through seeing them on a personal level independent of my clinic, have all changed for the good, indeed some have excelled beyond their greatest expectations. They say they find it hard to recall how they used to be so negative, as the nervous system has had the negative emotions replaced by positive ones.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel a session, make sure that you do it at least 48 hours in advance. This allows another person to take your session and you will not be charged.

If you cancel the session within 24 hours or you do not attend the session, you will be charged the full payment.

If the therapist needs to reschedule the session within 24 hours, one hour will be free of charge.

Late arrival for the session

If you arrive late, the session will be shorter and you will be charged the full fee. The practice is usually fully booked - and this means that the session needs to be completed on time so that other clients are not kept waiting.
